Dietary Effects of Lactobacillus plantarum Combined with Galactooligosaccharide on Immunological and Biochemical Parameters, Gut Microbiota, Digestive Enzyme Activity, Body Composition, and Stress Resistance in Narrow-Clawed Crayfish, Pontastacus leptodactylus (Eschscholtz, 1823)

چکیده
The effects of galactooligosaccharide (GOS) and varying levels Lactobacillus plantarum (LP) on some physiological parameters as well air exposure stress resistance in clawed crayfish (Pontastacus leptodactylus) were investigated. During a 97-day trial, 216 fed with four experimental diets (in triplicates) including the control diet (without GOS LP), GLP7 (GOS 2%+LP 107 CFU.g-1 diet), GLP8 108 GLP9 109 diet). At end 26% higher amounts total hemocyte count (THC) semigranular cells (SGC) 27% hyaline (HC) observed GLP7. A significant improvement lysozyme value was GLP8. Moreover, superoxide dismutase significantly GLP9, whereas catalase (CAT) activity did not change groups. Unlikely, plasma glucose decreased all GLP treatments. In terms intestinal microbiota, autochthonous lactic acid bacteria (LAB) remarkably increased GLP-supplemented groups, while heterotrophic counts (TVC) However, 14 days after switching to basal diet, no reduction detected TVC, but LAB Dietary administration could beneficially modulate digestive enzyme activity, protease, lipase, amylase. Furthermore, lipid gross energy GLP9. improve growth performance parameters. After 24 h subjecting stress, although mortality detected, healthier through enhanced THC, SGC, HC CAT These results proved positive impacts dietary supplementation combined LP, optimum diets, immunochemical parameters, P. leptodactylus.

The sublethal effects of (2,4-Dichlorophenoxy) acetic acid (2,4-D) on narrow-clawed crayfish (Astacus leptodactylus Eschscholtz, 1823).
2,4-D is a widely used phenoxy herbicide, potentially toxic to humans and biota. The objective of the present study was to reveal short term sublethal effects of 2,4-D on narrow-clawed freshwater crayfish (Astacus leptodactylus Eschscholtz, 1823), based on histology, total haemocyte counts, selected haemolymph parameters, and oxidative stress parameters. In the laboratory conditions crayfish sp...

Cu accumulation and depuration in various tissues of the crayfish Astacus leptodactylus was investigated. Adult specimens were exposed to 0.5, 2.5 and 5.0 mg Cu/L under static conditions for three weeks. At the end of the 3rd week the specimens were divided into three groups and left in dechlorinated water for either 1, 2 or 3 weeks for depuration. After 7, 14 and 21 days, four crayfish from ea...
متن کاملDietary Chlosterol Requirement of Juvenile Narrow-clawed Crayfish (Astacus leptodactylus) in a Recirculating Aquaculture System
Dietary cholesterol has been shown to be essential for several crustacean species. However, cholesterol requirement of narrow-clawed crayfish has not been reported. Therefore, a 12-week feeding trial was conducted to determine deitary cholesterol requirement of narrow-clawed crayfish. Juvenile crayfish with an average body weight of 13.8±1 g mean weight were intensively stocked in an indoor rec...
